It has a capacity of 750 ml, and with a conventional bowl, the contents would be eaten by an animal in 5 minutes. However, with this bowl, it would take some 20 minutes to consume all of its contents. It is also easy to clean and includes 4 x 3M rubber adhesives to give the base a firm, non-slip hold.
