Nordic ships to multiple regions worldwide. Availability may vary by country, and some locations may have additional shipping restrictions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.
2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• High-demand products may experience slight processing delays, and customers will be notified in advance.
• For digital products, access is granted immediately after purchase confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 to 18 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 10 business days (Additional fees apply).
• Free Shipping: Availability depends on supplier agreements and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

4. Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 30 days, please contact our support team.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.
• Stolen Packages: Nordic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered.” If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out.
• Delayed Shipments: Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will notify you with updates when available.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
• Shipping addresses can be modified within 1 hour after the order is placed.
• Once an order is processed and shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a partial refund (minus shipping costs).
9. Digital Products
• Instant Access: Digital products, including e-books, software, and online courses, are available immediately after purchase confirmation.
• No Shipping Required: Since digital products are delivered electronically, no shipping charges or waiting times apply.
