Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nordic, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

1. Return & Refund Process

All return and refund requests must go through the following steps:

1. Submit a Request: Customers must submit a return request via our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Case-by-Case Review: Our team will review the request based on the reason for return, product condition, and eligibility.

3. Approval & Return Label: If the request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label for the item to be sent back.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund or replacement within 3 business days.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Products must be in unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Certain products, such as personal care items, digital goods, and perishable products, are non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Exchanges & Replacements

If the product received is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is verified.

If an exchange is needed for reasons other than defects (e.g., size or color change), it will be treated as a return, and a new order must be placed.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved, Nordic will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the item.

Returns must be shipped using the provided label to be eligible for a refund.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank processing times.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
