Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, they are processed and cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return following our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact our support team for assistance.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Bosnia. If your country is not listed, please contact our support team to check availability.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 to 18 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 10 business days.

Free Shipping: Availability and delivery time depend on supplier agreements.


Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a return:

1. Submit a request through our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility.

3. If approved, we will issue a return shipping label for you to send the item back.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.


Products must be in unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s).
