TASTE NOTES: The taste of the tea is very bitter and herbaceous. Wormwood can be mixed with peppermint and anise tea to reduce bitterness.

SUITABLE FOR: tea, tinctures and essential oils and spirit flavouring, brewing. Drinking the tea after meals help for it to be digested and better absorbed by the stomach.

Today the more popular uses of the hear are to alleviate digestive issues – such as regulating the appetite by stimulating digestion, upset stomach and intestinal spasms, and to support proper gastrointestinal function.
